For any questions or concerns email housewivesofslc@gmail.com . Our customer service is online during the regular business hours of M-F 9am-5pm. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive a reply. If you do not receive a response, please resend the email.

ORDER CHANGES:

We are so grateful for your order. Please make sure to review it carefully before it is submitted as as it cannot be modified. No changes can be made once your order is placed. Double + triple check that all details are correct.

SHIPPING:

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to process. Although, items generally go out within 24-48 hours. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

HOUSEHIVE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking information indicates "Delivered” HOUSEHIVE is not responsible for stolen or missing mail.  Please contact USPS (your local post office) with questions regarding shipment tracking.
